A couple of years ago, when I first met Emma, I was extremely ambitious. At the time, I thought ambition was only a good thing. But in my case, it showed up in a very controlling way. Eventually, I reached what I can only describe as a “life meltdown.” I realized that trying to force myself into spaces where I didn’t belong was draining me. In the midst of that crisis, I reached out to Emma for guidance. The foundations she had given me over the years became a lifeline. I still remember how, right after New Year’s, we went for a walk in Ashton Gate in Bristol. She introduced me again to the concept of manifestation and guided me through an exercise that allowed me to let my senses lead, instead of letting my mind dictate the path. That experience continues to shape the journey I’m on today.

I don’t yet know exactly where this path will take me, but I feel confident it’s aligned with what the Universe has in store. Thanks to Emma, I’ve started to understand the subtle but powerful difference between control and discipline, and between external validation and inner peace.
